More recent to this, I am ignorant on heritage.
I know Brian is a genuine textile engineer and long time entrepreneurial hobbyist, and that the execution of his tarps is admired and respected.
When I see tarps that look similar to his in shape, materials, and execution, are they likely on his design, or do they share some other model?

I would suggest starting a new thread about the history of hammock tarps and the origins in the weather protection tab.

It would be interesting to find out the info behind it all too.
