It's no surprise we love all your products and doodads. What I don't like is keeping track of all the things you make to figure out what I want, place an order only to find out you made something else really cool that I now need. Let's face it, the items you tend to make are small and numerous. Not like quilts. I'm only guessing here, but given the time you spend in R&D, marketing and order processing, there not much margin left when a customer buy a few items per order.
I suggest you consider starting The Dutch Club. Members pay a fee per year you come up with the amount and we get any item you make (within reason) automatically.
I for one would sign up for that in a heartbeat. I'm sure others would too. Could even out your cash flow and help fund cap ex.
Just a thought
