There is a place in Canada(http://www.featherind.com/purchasing-information.html) that sells it, $35/ 2lbs, however I have no idea how much shipping is from Canada to the U.S.
U.S.P.S ships to Canada at $35.50 for a large box (USPS-Produced Large Box: 12" x 12" x 5-1/2" or 23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3") but the price from Canada to U.S. is a mystery to me
With shipping from U.S. to Canada figured in the price comes to $2.21 per ounce!
Edit: found out that this price is for very low fill power and you will be charged 20% extra for orders under 20lbs
