Awesome on Dutch to step in.

It happens with the shipping. Being in Canada, I can tell you I see all sorts of numbers for the smallest tiniest piece to large hammocks and tarps. Sometimes it is what it is but many times the vendors have been more than willing to work with me and/or simply refund the difference after they have mailed (minus some for time to the PO/gas/and waiting to fill out international forms - it is a pain at times for them

).

Don't sweat it. We here are pretty protective of "our" cottage folk Cubs and they have earned it through blood, sweat and integrity. Lesson learned, no hard feelings (though I do not speak for everybody dang body).

I've sold a lot of militaria on Ebay. Shipping overseas is not cheap, and there's a time factor involved for the paperwork and hassle. I once sold an item where the shipping cost to Oz was twice that of the item. I lost money on that deal. In my experience, $31 to ship to Oz is not out of line.
