I've been meaning to donate. Thanks for the reminder. I'm on my way to the cp.
I joined a little under a year ago, and quickly learned that my rugged handsomeness and awe inspiring 1000-yard stare (I call it "blue steel") was NOT enough to make everybody on here cry tears of happiness.
So, after much reflection (about 10 posts into my joining), I decided to donate. Matter of fact, I think I'll do it again. How can one say no? I distinctly remember when Rev had his pack/ gear stolen off of his motorcycle at a gas station, and finding a few pieces shredded along the side of the road. I believe he was able to replace everything with just "donations" from people on here. Although I hope I would never find myself in that situation, I'm confident that people on here would help me out, even though I've never met most of them.
It's that kind of "brotherhood" that will keep my donations coming.
Oh, and the fact that Syb's right about the whole Dutch thing.

If there's anybody still wanting to donate and I'm not badly mistaken, there's a free donating member status hanging out on the PIF thread waiting to be claimed.
This noob just stepped up. Keep up the good work everyone. I especially love the videos. (Next best thing to being out there myself.)
Well, since my first HH arrived today I thought it appropriate to mark the occasion by becoming a donating member. Now, if I could only figure out how to hang the HH I think we would be in business.
