Looking for a guide gear tarp to help out a noob buddy get started in hammockimg. If anyone has an extra that they bought when they were in stock and is willing to sell, let me know!
Thanks.

Just a bump. Surely someone has one. Anyone?
took me years to get one ... there hard to find
It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold
You'd have an easier time getting a Chinook tarp IMHO.
Just as large. Just as cheap. Just as good of a starter tarp.
Thanks for the heads up. I'll look into it.
Mine clocked in at 2lbs 13 oz in a stuffsack with 4 Grip Clips (side pullouts), 120 feet of cordage (30ft ridgeline with two #2 steel S-biners, 10ft at each corner tieout, 20ft at both side tieouts).
So, maybe 2 lbs or even a bit under by itself.
It is also 12 x 14 vs. 12 x 12 with the Guide Gear.
Should be pretty comparable weight-wise to the Guide Gear.
From Guide Gear's website. About the same, I guess.
9 x 9' 5 x 23" stuff sack. Weighs 1 1/2 lbs.
12 x 12' 5 x 23" stuff sack. Weighs 1 lb., 15 ozs
