    Honeymoon Hammock Treehuggers

While looking at the Youtube hammock videos, I came across one for Treehuggers from a company called Honeymoon Hammocks:

    Hammock Accessories

Sure looks like the ring buckle setup, except the ring buckles cinch the webbing snug against the tree rather than cinching the webbing in the open air. I am not sure about the weight, but the durability looks pretty promising with these.

Personally, I'd rather have the adjustment buckles right off the end of the hammock for rainy day set ups.
That way i can make adjustments from under the tarp.

And the double rings look a quite a bit smaller than i use... the webbing too maybe.
I too will something make and joy in it's making

Those rings look to be made of steel
