    Hello from Wichita, Ks

I am new to the hammock scene however I backpack with a tarp. The ability to hang above the ground looks awesome. I have an 8x10 equinox tarp and have been looking at either a War Bonnet Blackbird 1.1 double or a Hennessy Explorer Ultralight. I enjoy Hammok Forums and have learned a lot on the site. Its great to see others in the Kansas area posting.

Hey, Welcome from the Northwest corner of KCMO. I lived in Wichita a year and a half one weekend (it's a joke). Worked at Cessna over on the west side of town I did. That was almost 30 years ago now. Man, were my dreams ever crushed back then.

Welcome to the forums. Theres a couple members up in the junk town/ K-state area. Gonna have to find some middle ground and get a hang going on. Isn't there a state park or something just south of Junk Town?
