Rick, those pineapple upside-down cakes were indeed the most delicious food I put in my mouth. But, not because of me - I just held the pots while you did your magic. Thank you for teaching me how to make D.O. goodness!

Thanks! But you need to take a pic of yours when you make one for your family!

emcee. I wonder if we took a poll of everyone from the FLH2, how many people have your foggy sunrise with the reeds as their desktop picture. It is, by far, one of the best photos to come out of Buck Lake. I, for one, have it on my desktop and am working to make a bigger print of it. Are you accepting royalties!!??

I left my house on Thursday night, not fully knowing what to expect. I left Sunday afternoon, having added a few more friends to my life. When Olddog came up and gave me a hug, as I was packing up, I knew I had been to something special. I have spent the last few days, wishing I was still there. It's amazing to me, that people from all walks and backgrounds, can have comraderie and fellowship over something as simple as a hammock. I want to thank each of you for one of the best weekends ever. I look forward to getting together with some of you for a hike or paddle and a hang. Next year can't come soon enough for me. I won't repost them here, but I have a few pics on the other thread, if you're interested.

On it! I just need an ok from the artiste--and off we go! Great raffle item or special giveaway--farthest traveled or longest walk on or something.

Our site was only a short walk from the common area so less than a mile for sure. When I say ran through our site I mean THROUGH like a few feet in front of me was a dog.
