    I don't need a Dutch clip, because I've got webbing loops or soft shackles.

    I don't need a Dutch flyz, 'cause if I had one I'd lose it, and Nitze knotbones do everything I need in that department.

    I don't need a Dutch hook because knots are my friend.

    I don't need a Dutch buckle because there's nothing wrong with a Marlin spike hitch, and I tie my toggles to the strap.

    However, I NEED 2 g titanium biners that are good to 200 lbs because I've bent more microbiners than I care to admit to for removeable structural ridgline. So I made up for my insensitivity to other Dutchware products and ordered a half dozen of these.

    I hear ya. But I did decide to go Ti Hook and Flyz and I love it. Once I did that, I started replacing some of my soft shackles with Ti which is what the little ti biner is now doing.
