Sounds like a plan. The creek is right there (as you remember) so we can just jump in to clean off!

This sounds like its all coming together
I am planning on bringing two 1 pound packages of sausage.
(let me know if we need more, no problem)
I will bring them frozen and wrapped in a bag with cold packs, which should keep them fresh.

I bring red & green peppers and onions for Sat. morning breakfast.

Thanks for the coordinates. It looks easy enough to find the spot even without them.

That will work. I would leave the cold packs in your car and string the sausages around your neck to thaw overnight so that they are ready to go in the morning. Just make sure to hang a long way from me and at least 20 feet in the air

I will be bringing some sausage with me that we can use (although I think yours will be enough). I was planning on putting it over the fire Friday for anyone to eat if they want some. It is sausage made from some of the hogs that have been harvested off of the forest at one of our wounded veteran game hunts. We had some at our hunt over this past weekend and it was good... spicy and good.

I'm shooting for noon Friday arrival also. What's the predicted headcount?
I haven't seen a figure yet,but it feels bigger than the last one in that area.

I'll bring a bunch of bread if I can get a fix on how much is needed.

The 8 to 10 is the people that have fessed up to being part of the MM breakfast but there is another half dozen possibles that are not planning on eating the MMB but I'm sure might be able to eat the leftovers.

If there are any Cajuns out there the sausage that I'm bringing along is some boudin made from some of the hogs harvested during one of our hunts for the wounded veterans. It's good (I'm having some tonight) and I was planning on bringing a fair amount and cooking it up over the fire Friday evening.

I think we are all covered for breakfast... bring a big bib

See you all out there soon,

    Dave

Well guys, I was cleared to hang out with y'all this weekend. I need to get away! I have to work Friday and hope to get to leave early so I can make the trail head before dark. Would like to get there at least 5. Looks like there is some food planned out. Let me know ifin' you need something.

Samsara, how has the bugs been? And I didn't see how you pay the registration fee yet in the previous posts. Somehow I missed it! Will be great to see everyone!
