Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

My wife thinks we're all nuts for being out in that cold. I keep telling her we're adventurous not crazy.

Now a few words about food. We all brought way to much. We could have invited the nearby small town to join us and still had leftovers. On the plus side, nothing spoiled in that weather.

I want to thank Fourdog, Paul, and Snipen for arranging this and for all the extra equipment that was supplied.

I got to look at a few systems and got a lot of ideas for my setup. I guess my sewing skills will be tested this year.

Warmest it's ever been for that winter hang.
But you & the other "Frozen Butt" hangers were thought of. I even saw a few Carl impressions... and I caught Angrysparrow doing one, but don't tell him I told ya

Thanks for the video. You looked nice and toasty in all that down even though it was frigid outside.

Shug: Great video, it captured the experience very well.

Sure glad you got to come out, even if it was only one night

We had a great time. I left Sunday about 12:30, got home around midnight
Hope to get around to my report sometime today

Looks like ya'll had a soggy one for sure. The lack of snow made it easier for us.
