Unhappy Video: 2 holes in new WB tarp.

Got my new WB Asym-Diamond tarp yesterday. Opened the pack with my bare hands out of fear of harming the goods if I used a knife. Big was my surprise when I opened the tarp and found two holes in it.
Now, had I lived in the USA I would have send the tarp back immediately, but living in Denmark I will have to pay import tax and fees one more time (around 1/3 of the price of the product).

    Video on vimeo:

    Same video on YouTube:

Any idea about how to repaid the tarp. Maybe some silnylon glued on with SilNet seam sealer? Or maybe just SilNet on its own?

The two photos below is of the structure in the fabric of my WBBB Single Layer 1.7 oz. Wonder if the fabric will some day fail, but then again I rarely use the WBBB.

    Best,
    Blaze

PS: Let me just add, so that there be no misunderstandings, that I am extremely pleased with all my gear and with all the vendors that I have had dealings with.

Darn shame. Brandon can probably guide you best but I'd use a piece of Tear-Aid to patch it with. Have had good success with that product. Hopefully it or something similar is available in Denmark. You can now consider the tarp broken in as it's inevitable that something will happen to it someday.

    Enjoyed your video Blaze.
You have really put together a super summer pack and gear.

I would try a little seam sealer (100% silicone) on those tarp holes.

I had the exact some thought about being from a stapler.

Didn't Brandon just train a set of new employees so that he could speed up production? Seems as if one or more of those employees may not care as much about excellent quality as Brandon does, unfortunately. But I'm sure he will make it right.
