    A. Want but don't need A dedicated pillow. I don't care, I use one. Not backpacking, tho.

    B. Didn't think you'd need but now wouldn't go without UQ although sometimes I'll use pads, still. Also, insulated hammock sock, when it's chilly out.

    C. Things you never wanted and still don't Tarps that require more than two stake points.

    Definitely if you live where biting bugs are a problem, a bugnet might be a necessity. I've been in those situations and simply said Deet is my bugnet. It works but of course has it's detractions.

    I know more who use bugnets for fear of creepy crawlies than for nuisance bugs like mosquitos and gnats.
