    +1 on this...same route here.

Most recent change for me is to replace the toggle in the MSH knot with a climbing rated carabiner, onto which I slip the whoopie sling directly. It functions as the toggle in the MSH knot, but there's no possibility at all of the whoopie sling coming off the knot and onto the toggle or straight to the ground.

Since I toss and turn a good bit in my sleep, this had been a concern for me.

The HH knot works, but it's a major pain to adjust during your setup. Simpler to just put in the MSH knot about where you want it and then make your adjustments with the whoopies.

    Whoopies and Biners

I was out with my dad Owl at the KC hang in Woodridge. Towelie showed us his adaptation to the MSH and Woopies by using a "skinny biner" in place of the MSH. I prefer this for the simplicity and for the fact that the MSH and toggle never worked well for me. I wouldn't care if i had to go back to rings and biners, but the whoopies are the best.
Eagels may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked through jet engines!!

I use the adjustable webbing that was on a warbonnet. before that it was the garda hitch ( binder and descending rings. the adjustable webbing system is just as fast as the garda system with the advantage of being lighter, and the tree straps are built in. whoops are lighter yet, but not my cup of tea. As for the HH knot I never even tried it.

If you are using the Garda hitch where the stock Hennessy suspension is run through rapelling rings, yes, I can confirm this can be hard on your rope.
