I'm hoping that one of our cottage industry folks will offer a down version of a similar product. Adam and Jenny? Te-Wa? Paul? Buehler? (I volunteer to be your Alpha and/or Beta tester!)

    That's cool.

I love how they integrated the hood. Double zippers are a nice touch too.

If this came in a down version, I'd be interested.

    Peace,
    David

That is pretty dang awesome. It's a hammock and sleeping bag all one piece. So you just hang the sleeping bag from it's suspension.

    I'm with Beep-I'll prepay.
But if you think about it consider a mod like the JRB no snivelers ,you know the velcro that lets the head pass through . A velcro opening could be added to a Exped Wallcreeper in about the same place to allow the suspension and maybe a bit of the hammock to pass through. The Wallcreeper is already down, full zip, and one model is rated to 20F....
I'm feeling that very strong urge to drive across town with my Wallcreeper 20F to the little seamstress lady.
Forgot to say that I've been in many sleeping bags of the years and the hood on the Wallcreeper is simply amazing..another thing possibly (maybe also with this 3 pound pod) is that on one side of the Wallcreeper you can unzip the arm hole and that arm can reach ground, you can unzip the center zip and the other arm can reach over and to the ground---so you can get that cup of coffee going in repose....here's my vid showing this (but no hood mod yet):
Wallcreeper part stars at 44 seconds.
Sorry if I hijacked the intent of the thread but I'll be thinking about this mod now in all sincerity.
