I'm looking at making some stuff, as well as adapting hammocks etc for my own needs...

However i'm struggling a little to find UK suppliers...

Anyone got some good links for materials, i'm especially keen on IX and UQ materials. Probably looking at making an overquilt as well.

Try searching for point north fabrics, here's the link (if it works) http://www.profabrics.co.uk/index.php
They supply fabric such as pu coated nylon, also some sil-nylon, I seem to recall. For Insulation try ukhammocks, I think he only supplies down at the moment, unfortunately I'm not sure who to suggest for manmade insulation, but maybe point north could point you in the right direction. Thanks chaps, seems that IX isn't really available in the UK...

Think i'll look at going for a different style of insulation, have to find somewhere in the house I can handle down!

I'll start putting the shopping list together.
