Just in time. I was considering what to use for my stakes and have never heard of this powder paint, so now I will give it a try, great video and thanks for sharing.
Hmmmmm, maybe I'll powder coat my fine Dutchware....
HEY NORTHFACE and PATAGONIA, Fat people camp too...
Absolutely love this idea!! Thank you!
Many things we use everyday are powder coated now. All of it that I have seen is very tough stuff. If you hammer the stakes in, I would expect the stake to cut through the coating where it is hit. I would expect the coating to last for many years if you are just pushing the stake into dirt.
UPDATE: This weekend while I was out I did some testing. Just using them as I normally do this stuff will last a long long time. I took one and beat the dog crap out of it on a big rock. The only places that chipped where the exact spot that was hitting the rock. Got home dipped it and good as new. So for durability, normal use its going to be GREAT!
BTW, the bright orange I used is 10 times brighter than it appears. NO WAY YOU WILL MISS THIS EVEN IN FALL LEAVES.
FWIW...I ended up ordering and received it today. The listing with "blaze orange" is, in fact, blaze orange.

Too bad it is not available in a bright robins-egg blue, but hot pink ought to stand out in the leaf litter pretty well.

How about a lifetime supply of "ford Light Blue"?
