Mora Force - Scandi Grind Blade

$30 shipped Brand new, two weeks old, never used, razor sharp, with sheath. Nice knife, I just got a Diaz Groda.

Will trade for a nice roll of 2.2 yellow or grey zing it/lash it as well.

    While it lasts

I have one of these. Generally, Mora of Sweeden makes a quality knife suited to moderate duty work light on the wallet and the Bushcraft Force is no exception. They are very nice, indeed, razor sharp and easy to sharpen. (I use a cheapo smith's combo pocket sharpener, sparingly) If you aren't planning to build sustainable wilderness shelters or breakdown a tree for a winter fire, then this knife should provide you with plenty of service. The handle is quite comfortable in hand and provides solid purchase even when wet. The sheath secures the knife quite well. The belt loop is not the clip on kind. So, removal of ones belt, atleast partially, would be required to remove the knife. Except, the belt loop does detach from the knife sheath fairly easily. If you look around you will find that the Force does have a similar blade shape to the 2000 without the funky front end pointed bevel. I personally find this more desirable for the superior tip strength. These have a 3/4 heavy rattail tang, IIRC, and is thermoset into the handle. I've read about the handles cracking under heavy use but never once read about a blade coming free from it's setting. Really if you are looking for a solid medium duty knife for a good price any Mora is a good choice, and, IMHO, the Bushcraft Force is their best offering.

Thanks for the bump. I like it alot, but I doubt it will get much use against my new Diaz.
