My last trip was a 5 day 60 miler, fall trip in the smokies, and my pack with food and water(I only carried a days worth at a time) was 26 lbs.
That was with a heavier pack, a full sleeping bag for a TQ, and an extra pair of clothes. Next time I hope to get closer to the 22 lb range. I was using a 3/4 down UQ and next time I will be sporting a full length. So it may end up being 23 lbs ish.

my sleep/shelter stuff with weights is in my sig- I'm currently adding to it (it doesn't quite do what I want it to) and trying to get a lighter set up- my bug net is too heavy at the moment. (My ol' faithful pack is also too heavy.) With food and water, I try and not have much over 10kg. 15kg is my max.
my hammock gear weights total: 2430g (~86oz)
    Winter: total 2521 (~89oz)
(see my profile for detailed weights)

    gram counter, not gram weenie!

if I'm goin on a long hike i tend to keep it around 15-17 pound range but if I know I'm gonna be mostly just at one or 2 camps with not much hiking i tend to like bringin more things around the 19-22 maybe 23 pound range

for australian winters 18lbs is my base weight and that includes the hg winter incubator, the jrb hudson river (both overfilled) and the ogee tarp with the wbbb dl and lots of on-body wool and possum insulation. since i don't camp too much in the winter my gear is not fully optimized weight-wise, eg my rain/wind gear. it will keep me comfy down to 14f/-10c and that's *plenty*.

11-15lbs before food and water ... all depends on low temp and how many layers i take
It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold
