    Hello From N.Idaho

    Greeting's everybody!
My Name's Tom I live in North Idaho near the Canadian/USA border. The wife and I love to hike and Backpack fishing and other outdoorsy stuff. I'm a recent convert to hammocking so I apologize ahead of time for the noob questions..lol..
We also like sharing video's and picture's on youtube and have had alot of fun doing that.
I have been a member of the forum for awhile but I like to read and learn more than I do posting. But I wanted to introduce my self and say hello and hopefully contribute to some hammock fun.
When I first started hiking I think the pack was around 60lbs with food and water and now its down to around a 18lbs base weight.I just bought a new Dueter futura pro 42 and having fun breaking that in.Im also using a grand trunk skeeter beater but I'm looking forward to a WB traveler and a Phoenix UQ .
I'm also somewhat of a bushcrafter having fun learning some older skills.

I have already met a few member's and look forward to meeting more! Thanks for a great Forum and a place to hang out!!
