Red face 2nd Annual NEHHA Hang

Well I think its about time we started to plan on this one.

I know I have been absent for a while but this is still a great event to get to meet everyone and see each others gear.

We need to plan on dates and location ASAP so we can book a/the sites soon.

There is also the option of going to the only free backwoods camping site in Massachusetts if anyone wants to do that. Its a mile and a half hike into the woods.

The other option is to set up the event that was started in the fall but fell through.

I'm relatively new to this and would definitely be interested in making my 1st group hang. Please keep us posted.

Im going to get up to Monadnock State Park in New Hampshire and check out the sites there.

We tried for this location in the fall but things fell through on my end.

Group site will not work for us as its just a big field.

This came up right on time as my boss has started getting on me for not turning in any vacation time for this year yet. so anything late spring through early fall I'm in as those temps are what my gear is good for unless it's a car camp than maybe some extra army blankets would help or if it get to cold sleep in my van. I'll be watching this for dates and places.

I'd love to see this happen

since the fall hang fell through. A NH site would be a definite plus, since I've moved farther north here in Maine and that adds roughly an hour to my drive time.

I'll watch this thread for developments...

Going to bump this thread up.

I would love to see a NH group hang.
I was at Monadnock a few weeks ago. no BIG sites but enough little sites together.
A little pricey though at $23 per site.

Also i heard Genegene is the President of the NEHHA... congrats Gene!

I could definitely be in on this. Great time last year!! What's the Mass. free site. A mile and 1/2 in is not bad.
