    To my customers

You are a most loyal and forgiving bunch. Thank you for you patronage and especially how you send your friendly notice that I forgot or mixed up your shipment. I am about to start working 12 hours shifts at work and I have been just barely able to keep up with Dutchware orders as it is. I have been trying to ship orders out the next day, but I have seen delays in orders that have lasted a couple days. I almost have all my orders out shipped out. There are a couple orders of pack covers that always take time. I see many of the venders who do a terrific job shipping products out super fast (Paul, Stu, the Jacks) and I have strived to hit those standards. However, I can see there being a delay on some orders that require splicing, not Stormcrow delays, but none the less they still may take up to 3 days to ship out. I am hoping these 12 hour shifts will not last long as it puts a lot of stress on my family life as well.

As I said in the beginning, you are a loyal and forgiving bunch. Thank you very much. I am conflicted between what I love to do and what I have to do to that brings in steady income as I'm sure some of you are as well. I learned some things Thru hiking about setting priorities of work vs. pleasure that I may have forgotten or had to "adjust" with the advent of a daughter that depends on me. I am blessed in many ways, but not the least of which, the camaraderie of many of the folks in here that I have met and not met
    Peace Dutch

I think the Dutch clock must be off. Three days? I'd wait a month for your stuff without batting an eye.
Look up before you hook up!!

Not a problem Dutch! Watch out for those long shifts! They can wear a feller down! Always worth waiting for a new piece of Dutch stuff!

If this is your way of saying, "Orders might take a few days to fill and ship, as opposed to the current day or 2.", I am certain people will understand. It is always amazing to me that vendors who do this as a side job manage to have a family life at all. Your family is what comes first. That includes paying the bills. Take care of the home fires, and those of us who await your little trinkets of gold shall be forced to sit quietly and be patient. Thanks for your time, and your imagination. You are one of the truly gifted.
