    Lone Star Trail Hike&Hang

Well my work has finally slowed down so I'm taking a week off, actually 9 days off (whoo buddy) And I'm going to do me some walkin and hangin in the woods and try out my new gear. My brother's coming along to be my "Dobby" drop off water/food and do some day hikes and catch up on reading. After I get him set up at stubblefield, I'll be heading to TH1@Richards Sat. mid morning, BF5 an Randy maybe I'll see ya'll out there. Any suggestions on fair priced camera <$100

report back! A friend and I are going after his Tax Season slows (so late April or early May). We are planning to both take our trucks and move one every few days, keeping resupply stuff in them. Also, since Texas has been so dry, probably will cache water along the way. We plan West to East.

What better place to test out the new "Snipe" than in the woods. Dang "show and tell" and "free test drives" but I'll be cozy comfy in the woods.

Define mid-morning. I'm planning on doing one of the loops on the LSHT Saturday. If we can coordinate, I'll meet you at the Richards trailhead and we can have a nice walk and chat.

Hey, wow, I am surprised to find so many Lone Star Trail users here! I just discovered the LSHT a few months ago, after moving to Bryan/College Station in July. I am just getting into hammocking - expecting my hennessy in the mail in a few days. Glad to see there are others in the area!

Welcome to the trees. Shout if you need help figuring out that new hammock. There's Texas Hangers all over the place.
