After reading a little about them, I decided to try it. Found a royal blue on one side, pastel blue on the other at a rite aid for ~$10.00. They are packaged in something like a can of tennis balls. You have to take the weights out of the corners and along 2 sides. I did not reduce any of the sides. I sewed in cord channels on the short sides and a velcro foot box on one end. Feels good so far, ... in front of the TV. Weighs ~ 1 pound. I haven't tried it camping yet, but plan to soon. Could be used as a summer time under "quilt" or top cover. Packs small, is light weight, and supposedly has good thermal qualities.... We shall see!

I think I read where the Neat Sheet is two sheets.

    Is this correct?

If so, could you separate the sheet by cutting of the edges and use the sheets separately?

The sheets are stitched together. You _could_ separate them but it would be a pain. I had considered pouring some insulation between the layers but decided it would not be worth the effort.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

Are they stitched just around the edges or in the middle also, quilt style?

They are stitched all the way around, plus they are stitched at least 4 times lengthwise like a quilt. There is one logical place to stitch that is also a seam in the fabric. I can't tell if that is stitiched or glued or freely loose.

At least that's the way this sheet looks. But it may be a factory second so YMMV.

Neo, if you want to check them out, I bought two different sizes at ToysRus. I have not tried them out yet but I have a couple of ideas I want to try with them. tnhillbilly

More like glued together in the middle. Separating the individual sheets would be a *&^^#$
