hey everybody i was able to get out in the back woods again, only this time i brought my older brother, whom i really havent seen in eight years, him being an ex marine and me an ultralight backpacker we had a lot to teach eachother mainly i was teaching him about the comfert of a hammock we ended up setting up camp around midnight and making a fired right by us and staring up at the stars we just sat and chated, its good how hammocks can bring a family together again

Nothing like putting hammocks near eachother, there is no better "camp chair" available

Joker my brother and I are in the relatively same boat. My little bro was a Marine and I was in the Army. Hadn't seen eachother in forever, lives in NC by Lajune and I'm in Ohio. We started doing an annual camping trip and the first one I busted out the hammocks for an afternoon siesta. Since then we've started going on more trips together. Really made us closer as we werent that close growing up, now he's one of my best buds. YOu're absolutely right Joker

I got my brother out to camp one time last year. The only time I have ever seen him camp. He wouldn't sleep in a hammock though. Maybe that's why he doesn't like it.
