Hey all.. So just wondering--- what is the best way to store a uq and tq at home? I was thinking a pillow case would be good.. Anything better?

King sized pillow case, large mesh laundry bag, hanging in a spare closet, pretty much however you like except for compressed...although there is some evidence to show that down is not as fragile as most people think.

Some of my quilts came with storage and separate stuff bags. The ones that didn't come with the storage bags I got these from Marty at Wilderness Logics. They are breathable and work great.

I hang all my stuff up. My TQs go on a regular coat hanger and for my UQ, I use two of the pants hangers with the clips. I just hang it up behind all my clothes in my closet and it's out of the way until I'm ready to hit the trail.

Mesh bag or laundry bag. They're only a buck at the Dollar Tree.

I also use mesh laundry bags I got at the dollar store for, well, a dollar. They work great.
