Adding this link............http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=46584, it was started while the hang was ongoing Saturday and has some great shots of the hang, different rigs and most of those attending members. We had a great time and really enjoyed the meals(all of them) and the stove building sessions that we had Saturday night. Looks forward to seeing everyone next time.

The Hang was fabulous. The food was super delicious. A great group of people with fun interactions. With the tarps up we all came together for group activity. Enjoyed meeting new people and getting to know everyone better. I liked TN Hill Billy's Chuck Wagon stew on Friday night and want to try and make some myself. Really enjoy Meriwether Lewis campground. Neo, another good Hang, thanks for organizing it. Looking forward to the Spring Hang.

I also had a great time even though I had to leave early. I got to visit with some old friends and make some new ones. I got to see some different rigs and check out some new gadgets. Thanks to all for a great time. tnhillbilly

For those that asked for the Chuck Wagon Casserole Camping Recipe

    Chuck Wagon Casserole Serves 5-8

    Ingredients:
    1 lb ground beef
1 15.5oz can chili beans in sauce
1 11oz can Mexican style corn
    3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 8.5oz package corn muffin mix
    1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt

I basically doubled the ingredients, used the red pepper instead of green, and left out the BBQ sauce (I forgot it), added 3 baking potatoes diced up, and added a little oil to brown the meat, onions, peppers and the potatoes.
Also the cornbread muffin mix required 2 eggs and 1&1/2 cups of milk.
My version probably would serve 12-15

    Instructions: Preheat Dutch Oven.
Brown ground beef, onions, and peppers in dutch oven.
Add chili beans, BBQ sauce, and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Drain corn.
Prepare corn muffin mix according to package.
    Add corn to mix.
Pour mix into dutch oven, spreading over meat.
Close dutch oven and place 10 charcoal bricks on top and underneath.
Bake for 30 minutes or until inserted knife pulls out clean.
