Yeah...I've been saving since October and could only afford the tarp because I went with the smaller one.

I need to save, but am not disciplined enough for that (or my 3 kids eat any overflow cash I might have)...but I did just get my tax return...

aghh all this cuben talk is fuel to my fire I hear from everyone I have a gear addiction...but I say I dont even have anything cuben fiber yet so its not that bad......YET

Arrived yesterday,

First impressions are good. Build quaility looks top notch. I checked all the tieouts with a few minor tugs and nothing tore or came loose. Stitching looks very secure, if not perfectly straight. I don't feel so bad about my stitch lines now. I'm still waiting for another vendor to make delivery of my rigging so I can get this thing up and really get a good look at it. There was one thing, however, that I was not expecting... It's black/grey/silver in color. Nowhere on the site does it say the color or give a choice. I just assumed it would be green, like Shug's and like the one represented in the pic on the website. It's not a big deal and I'm not disappointed. Heck, if anything it gives me an excuse to buy another when they have green materail.
