set up time?

just wondering how long it takes you guys to setup your hammock system. it takes me about 6 mins with an eno hammock, tarp, sleeping bag, and diy uq

Never timed myself, but I'd say with tarp, hammock, UQ/TQ probably 5 minutes or less. I'm rarely hurrying to setup though as even in bad weather the only "rush" is getting the tarp up. If the weather is nice and I arrive at camp early enough it could take me hours to get everything setup as I'll put up my hammock first and end up taking an unplanned nap.

Depends on how much I hurry:
No hurry, just "having at it" about 4 - 5 minutes.
Hurry, REAL hard: about 7 - 8 minutes.
Hurry, AND paying attention to what I'm doing: about 3 minutes.
Hurry AND showing off: as in 'Hey, watch how fast I can set up!" about 10 minutes, if I'm lucky, usually much longer! add 3 - 5 minutes per person (over 1) watching.

But then, I do set up a LOT! about 12 times so far this year, & this year has been a slow year.
