OK, gave up on checking the site because it kept breaking my heart.
Sorry for any lag, I personally bought both bags back when I sold sporting goods and I believe they were both rated 20deg at the time. Bought the Cat's Meow in long, immediately knew I wanted bigger, ordered the Big Cat off the next NorthFace proform that came through. Aaaannnd then... a serious dry spell in my life camping-wise; one of those long-term dryspells that ended about two years before I discovered HF. Not to say they didn't get used, but you could probably count every use for each on both hands.
BTW, just got my personal intel off of the ETrex thanks to another owner's advice; once I started I realized that is how I put it on there. Ooops, Gotta go check PM's...
