Both of my DIY hammocks. The house hammock is polyester and oh so comfortable but I can get a little reading in before nodding off. The hiker is ripstop nylon and not quite as soft but I'm out in minutes which may have more to do with exhaustion or just being in the woods.
Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.

Ok....tried to look up Hooter Hammock because I was curious about it....what I found was pages that did not include a hammock for someone to lay in though Is this something that you made? Or am I catching the tail end of a joke??

The one I use the most.
    Direct from Yucatan, Mx.
Very fatso friendly for me and its is inside the bedroom.

Huge fight with my wife when I got it. She tried it and now sleeps on it more than I do

For me, its whatever properly hung hammock I'm in.
The "Best" hammock ever, hung wrong will mean an uncomfortable sleep time!
My WBBB fresh from the factory was quite uncomfortable! After adjusting the ridgeline (It was too long for ME) & putting the foot end higher than I had been, it's my "Sleeping pill". That being said, I still somewhat prefer my GT Skeeter Beeter UL.

    I'd venture to say "any!"

Drives the GF mad... I'm just one of those people who can lay down and within 5-10 min (of darkness & quiet) I'm out; bed, hammock, couch, car, doesn't matter. When it's time to sleep I waste no time. Consequentally, I find it harder to drag myself out of a hammock in the morning. I just don't wanna get-up. Which is never a problem when I sleep in bed.

My extra long DIY has me napping any time I sit in it. Haven't complained about any others I tried either.
