Wish that I had purchased the Kindle version as opposed to the Itunes bookstore version....I figured that I would be able to read the book on my computer, not just on my iphone where the illustrations are teeny tiny.
Live and learn I guess

I buy the ibook ver and copy it to the wifes nook. It has worked good for me so far. I'm going to have to buy this one and read it.

Amazon also offers a Kindle app for your PC for free. Real easy to install and enjoy "Ultimate Hang" almost immediately. I purchased the book and then found the kindle app. So now, I have the Kindle version on my PC and the book should arrive in today's mail. Now I have a hard copy as a field guide and the electronic version for enjoying at home.
BTW dejoha, can't say enough positive things about the book. Easy to read and enjoy. Just a thought, but how about some of your DIYs in the update?

A lot of the DIY gear made is from "standing on the shoulders" of others, and the ideas are somewhat iterative. It would be difficult to trace those ideas backwards to their source, imo. That's not to say that it couldn't be done, just that it would be difficult to attribute the ideas to their true creators. You'd run into arguments about who thought of what first, etc.
I do think there are a ton of ideas there that could be fleshed out in the proper way, whatever way that turns out to be.

Took my "field" copy to work last night to show some of my hanging friends. My friend Dan saw it and then I said you could get it on kindle. Dan asked if it was the same as the paper book. I said "I have both and they're identical." He immediately popped up his smart phone and ordered it right there. Spent the night enjoying the book.
