    Gives me Hope!

This makes me have faith that when my wife is telling me, "No, you can't buy that Warbonnet topquilt and a new Cuben Fiber tarp, that what she really means is, "I love you and it will be under your pillow tonight (Valentine's Day) as a romantic prank I am playing on you.

But then, when there is nothing under there but a card and some chocolates, will I be able to contain my disappointment?

    Trip Report -

Well, just like I thought, the BMBH is a great hammock. It was a different sleep than the gathered end hammock, but I was sleeping on my side both nights. One thing I do like is that the stock suspension is fast and easy to get up and down. I can get the hammock and fly deployed in 10 minutes and 15 minutes taking it down. I will be looking forward to my next trip out to experiment some more with some additional suggestions that Pan gave me.

Thank you to all those who commented on my wife's gift to me and her streak of mischief that she played. I am sure that you all have someone special that gives out those memorable treats also. I think my wife's generosity was the result of the Giants victory in the Super Bowl. She still has not come down off the tree on that one.

    Happy Trails everyone.
