    It's really lame. lol

I was walking in my bedroom and my foot kicked the metal bed frame. A piece of the frame went between my toes and sliced it open pretty good. Lots of splatter painting was done in the bathroom.

I am still trying to make it, but with me going to the Linville gorge and trail days in May, I kind of want to be all healed up. Crossing fingers!

ya don't have to worry about a hammock attacking your foot. Another reason to get rid of the bed and to become a full-time hanger.

Wow ... a feller goes out to hunt some mushrooms for the weekend and comes back to a bunch of updates.

Hang is still on, Sorry about your foot, thanks for cutting up wood, and no there are no mushrooms left.

The creek is still plenty high for water, I should get GPS coordinates to post for the hang soon. I will also put up a metal fence post with a sign for those looking to map/compass to the event. I may even take photos of sign so you know what to look for.

Hung this weekend with little Ryan and we had a blast in Northeast Missouri. The temps tehre were in the mid 80's all weekend.

If you count 50% of the maybe's we are looking at near 20 folks hangin this weekend. I also had an email from a fella from St Louis who may be in town. Some folks are talking about Thursday night. Roger and I are heading in tomorrow to check creek level, and layout final plans. I will post GPS Co-ordinates (or Roger will) this weekend.

    Central WI Hang

I'll be there Thursday afternoon and most of Friday. Family issues are complicating things so the full weekend hang option is gone.

Looking forward to meet'n & greet'n ya all...

    Best laid plans and all...

    Water Update

Good news folks! The creeks are back in working order with the rain and the snow melts from the past two weeks. All looks good for the hang. Your welcome to bring your own water, or filter it from the streams. This is some of freshest tasting water (after filtering of course).

I'm also attaching a couple of pics from the trail. You will see this is an easy one. So come out and enjoy!
North Starting Point off Martian Road.

Off the main trail on to the side trail. 100 yards from our site.

Plenty of trees to hang from.. so Enjoy.
