Arrow VIDEO: How to Accidently Go to the Right Campground

Hello Hammock Forum Members, Bruciehi5 here,

If you managed to suffer your way through the video I made called, “Boulder Hopping Superflying Overnighter,” you may remember me finding what I thought was a good spot to hang my hammock. I stuck to plan that day and kept moving, trying to get to a campground called Mt Barney Junction Campground. The past two months I’ve been grounded, due to the silly holiday session.

I don’t do much walking during the holiday session, cuz it’s too busy everywhere for me. So, now with the silly session over, I wanted a nice easy walk to get both me and my gear back in order. I booked to stay at Mt Barney Junction Campground, but planned to do a test hang at that good spot I found. As you will see in the video below, if you choose to watch it, I ended up “accidently” going to the right campground. That is to say, the one I booked, not the one I found.

    Have a Good Look Around
This video was filmed with a GoPro 2 Hero. The settings used were 720p, 60 fps, 170 degree field of view. The 170 wide, field of view allows the viewer to see a lot more than the standard 90 fov - almost twice as much. So, while watching the video, and during the longer scenes, you will be able to have a good look around. It’s something I really like about this camera and I hope you can enjoy it too!

    Best Way to Watch
Since the video was recorded at 720p, 720p would be the best video quality to select before playing the video. Bear in mind that the file size of this video is 2.6 gig (28 minutes). So ,while it would be the best way to watch, it might not be such a good idea, if you have limited download per month (480p will do the job).

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video, and feel free to post a comment, if you feel like it!

    Excellent trip report!

You made me smile when you said you like seeing the spider webs, but don't like dealing with them. I feel the same way, there is nothing worse than a spider web in my face. But at least you know your pretty much the only one out and about when you keep running into them.

I need to get one of those ropes to put my feet up!

Nicely done! Man you are getting really great at these! Lovely spot near the water. Funny how a little more water in the stream changes the terrain.

I have to admit that I haven't had time to watch the video yet, but having tremendously enjoyed your previous ones, I burst out laughing at just the title!

I have set aside time tomorrow to entertain myself with what I know will be a fun video!

Very enjoyable trip report. Thanks so much.
I really like the wide angle view you had your camera set to.
How did you keep the volume level of your voice the same even when you were
    far from the camera?

Great video! I loved the commentating!
Question… How did ya keep your voice volume up when you were out at distances? Like when you were crossing the creek (river!)?
