I have a NS and the Weather shield set.

I also have one Asym HH and one NON-asym HH.

I wanted to modify my NS and WS so I could use it for my non-asym.
I contacted JRB asking for any advice, and they genorously and quickly sent me all the necessary stuff needed to do the modifications- including thread- for free !
Also included were handwritten, hand-drawn instructions (that I could even read!)

This really goes way above and beyond in my book, and I wanted everyone to know!

Green is now one of my favorite colors

Pan was great when I was looking to buy my quilts. I talked with him on the phone for a while and he explained evrything and answered any question I might have had. They are great!

Also had awesome experience with JRB. Very good to us canadians, didn't gouge on shipping like so many other companies based in the US. Also painstakingly helped my wife through her first online purchase (a weathershield for me for christmas). You just don't find customer service like that in a franchise, or big-box retailer. That reason alone, I would continue to do business with that kind of a company even if their product was sold through a major chain or available somewhere else at a reduced price.

Quality customer assistance IS worth paying for and its a shame thats not
widely acknowledged.

I love the Jacks. I got my dad a Nest and a WS for Christmas, only I ordered it the Thursday before Christmas and didnt expect to get until the following week. Well come around Friday i get home and a note from the postman tells me I have 2 packages from Jack Tier at the post office. I was very greatful for the express deliverly I hadn't expected. And Jack Tier worte a little note on the Invoice say thanks for the bussiness, and merry Christmas. We'll they will always have my bussiness because of a good product and awsome customer service.
