I guess you're feeling some love now. This thread is already 3 pages long.

I know how you feel. I have many interests, and thus am a member on many forums, and I've experienced exactly what you're talking about many times.

Just be yourself and let life happen. Don't let interactions on a website (this one or anyone) mean more to you than your relationships in real life. If a site ever makes you feel the way that you describe above then sign off for a few days/weeks/months and re-learn what really makes you you.

    good luck
When it seems like the night will last forever
And there's nothing left to do but count the years
When the strings of my heart start to sever
And stones fall from my eyes instead of tears
I will walk alone by the black muddy river
And dream me a dream of my own

    Please don't take it personally.
It's all about the title for me.
This site gets new posts so fast, I can't possibly get to them all. If the title doesn't grab me, I'll never see it.

Same here! I don't even know what a "meme" is. I don't normally even read a thread unless there is something in the title that catches my attention, something either I think I can help with or something that seems specifically interesting to me. There are SO MANY threads, I can't read them all, much less respond to all. OTOH, I still post a LOT ( ), both threads and comments to threads. Sometimes I start a thread and get pages of response, now and then I get a big ZERO for responses.

In fact, I can think of one thread I have started twice, many months or years apart. In which I brought up a specific weird problem that rarely happens to me- has happened two nights- in a Calytor No Net hammock engulfed by a Speer Pea Pod, one of my all time fav combos. But twice I have suffered with one leg (left) weirdly jacked up in the air, like it is on a shelf. Not comfy. Never have figured out what caused it those nights. I have sought help with 2 different threads( a year or more apart) and had ZERO response BOTH times. I think it is because they hate me here and wish I would just shut up for a change! PLease BB58, have mercy, don't write another word!

But don't worry, NSDemon, we love "Ya, Man!

PS: L.D. Cakes, you should give us a thread on your new PeaPod cold weather experiences, since you got another one from Slowhike!

Sounds like someone is being a baby, and just wants attention. And when they don't get it they make a scene to get attention, or is wanting recognition for some sort of accomplishment/task performed. Yep just like a baby does.

We love ya man! Group Hug!
Keep in mind Fronkey has around 3,300 posts! People know him and he has a following. A lot of the time I don't even read the title of the post. I just scan for people I find interesting and have high post/reply counts. If there are a lot of replies, it's usually an interesting topic. Keep posting and people will get to know you. "Hang" in there!
