    guardian bug net problem

I hope I'm missing something here... I just purchased a brand new guardian bug net, and it seems to be missing the zipper pull. The zipper is there, all zipped up, but theres nothing to open or close it. I dont even understand how the zipper is closed without having the little piece that slides up and down to open and close it. Anyways, either I'm experiencing a massive zipper-cognitive breakdown, or ENO has a problem at the hammock factory. If anyone knows anything about this, I would appreciate some help. Thanks

That's not good, the gardian bug nets have a two way zipper so you can open it both ways so I can't see how it would be all zipped up without the slidders being there Good luck

That's a new feature to keep skeeters from opening it while you sleep.

ENO was just helping you. Now you can make your own with glow in the dark cord and glow zipper pulls.

I think he's saying both sliders are missing, not just the pulls.

    Return it.

ok next question. Does anyone know of a way to pry the zipper open and instal a new slider...without destroying the zipper? I think I'd rather do that than go through the hassle of returning it

Oh dang yeah. Zippers come already closed and without pulls unless you buy a fixed length. I assume they buy in bulk and add the pulls and seem to have forgotten on this model. Not impossible to fix if you have a little zipper experience and some sewing skills but defiantly a defect worth contacting the company about.

Its really easy to open a zipper. If the end is sewn then you will have to rip those stitches out. In fact Grizz shows how in one of his bridge hammock videos.

Well I have zero sewing skills, and my only zipper experience is using ones that are already assembled by someone else. It sounds like I need to just try to return it and get another one
