I dont think so, i was supposed to get a confirmation email that my underquilt had been sent out and I didn't. Dont know if thats beacuse it really hasnt or the email thing. Almost 99% positive that its just the email being messed up. Im sure they will let us know at some point. If not them someone will.

Yes, I know all about calling...I was simply asking if anyone knew if the e-mail issue had been resolved. I thought maybe Stormcrow or Thorwren might even post up as I imagine it's rather important to them.
Just got mine in the mail today. Was having a concern about the website. Spoke with Adam on the phone. He explained about the changes in website. They also had to deal with an issue with one of their kids. Be patient, it was well worth the wait. What a quality product!! I could'nt be more pleased with my Phoenix and their service. I emailed them this morning but heard nothing back. Was interested on a UQ. May still not be working or maybe they are just that busy.

I believe their email was working by Saturday...at least my ISP did not kick back an email saying it couldn't be delivered as was previously happening.
After two phone conversations last week and being asked to email my specifications and order so they could invoice me, I have had no responses (order emailed to two accounts and PM'ed here).
I'm about to look for a new supplier. And, no, I don't need everyone to jump on me.
Ok, I APPEARS that we have the email thing under control now. I guess when we moved things over to the new host, the email was the last thing to get ironed out. After a couple of days, when we were not getting the volume of emails we normally get, I checked with our new person and found out what the problem was. And I just thought no one loved us anymore!
Anyway, Thorwren and I wanted to apologize to anyone that felt we were ignoring them. We tried to catch as many as we could but between the two of us doing it, someone may have gotten skipped. If you think you might have been one of those people, please try us again. Also, you can call me with any questions, comments, or concerns if that works better for you.
