Just ordered my jrb universal tarp. So is it best to just seam seal it when i get it? Already added silnet to my Dutch order. Saw backpackingadventure video and it looked easy enough.

No need to fear bears when you walk with a Yetti. Just fear for your food!
It states in the product description " NOTE: Ridgeline seam comes sealed with McNett SilNet Silicon Seam Sealer."
IDK how many other seams or stitching is in that tarp I don't own anything that fancy, but I don't think you need to seal anything.
If you know or feel its necessary I would seal it new so you know its as clean as possible when you seal it.
