He stated that the sock is a fabric version of the travel net, and there are pictures of the net on his site. If cut from the same pattern, that could result in more interior volume than desirable for a sock.

I have the WB bug net and it works great. I just have to be conscious not to get it too tight under my Quilt. As a sock it should work pretty well but I wouldn't completely close the Velcroed ends so to allow a little ventilation. Or maybe leaving a little opening at the top in the zipper closure or even close to your face might be better.
    The price is good!
I wanna see a review, who ever gets one first!

    hey guys,

sorry there are no pics yet, i'll try to find time to take a couple.

basically the same design as the travel net, only difference is the fabric which is a un-calendared 1.1 (slate grey). the un-calendared fabric makes for maximum breathability, you could still vent through the zipper or the ends

This sounds even better! I've been wanting a lighter & more breathable sock. I'll put it on my wish list. Thanks!

Good move on the whoopies! I was wondering when you were going to add this option.

    2. whoopie slings

    3. tree straps for whoopie slings

    4. logo t-shirts

    Hi Brandon,
For those of us that use a longer hammock (~110" RL)
Are the ends adjustable enough to allow installation
knowing the sock would not cover the ends?

I looked at the net picts on your website but could not tell how they adjust.

Just went to the site and checked out the shirts. Can't beat $14.00 , and where else can you pick up some misc. for $5 a piece. I'm gonna stock up on those. Can't wait to see this sock dealy.
