I enjoy winter, as long as there isn't much of a windchill. I hate sweating my B@!!$ off during the summer months.

PS. what is that a photo of?

cute pic. Looks like a Deer Mouse

I'm actually really disappointed in this winter I miss the snow.
When it seems like the night will last forever
And there's nothing left to do but count the years
When the strings of my heart start to sever
And stones fall from my eyes instead of tears
I will walk alone by the black muddy river
And dream me a dream of my own

    That's the problem..

I love snowshoeing and don't miss the bugs for sure. But this winter has been all rain, ice, and no snow. And! I'm ready to "Off" this 40 pound backpack full of winter survival gear.

This has been the worst non-winter in my life in NJ. Was hoping to go snow shoeing at Harriman in NY (usually quite a few feet on the mtn til mid-March) and NADA.

Very disappointing way down in MS also. Basically, never really got a winter, the worst was more like a cold fall or spring day. Guess we had to make up for the last 2 winters ( white Christmas- first in my life down here- and another big snow or 2 last year- some snow and colder than usual temps for at least the previous 2 years.
