Winter has been a real let down this year. Can count on one hand the number of nights close to freezing. How's a guy suppose to test a 20* underquilt at 40*.

I never get tired of winter hangin.
No bears, bugs, snakes, poison ivy, and best of all, no other campers.

    March is Colorado's snowy-est month. I can't wait.

+1 all of that for MS and the SE in general, except for the March snow of course. But all those other sucky things are gone in winter. No Permetrin or bug spray needed.

We FINALLY have a snowy storm coming in this Tuesday night. We are expecting 6-12 inches and you bet I am going to be out in my hammock while it's going on. It's time to go camping!

been in the mid 70's most of February here in Norther California. I know the stereotypes but that's unusual even around here. I believe you'd have to go as far south as San Diego for that kinda weather, which is around 500 miles from the Capitol.

I too am done with "Winter". In SW Ohio, the lack of snow is partly my fault, I bought a Jeep last year in part for the anticipated snow & needing to get to work. I suspect it won't snow again till I get rid of the Jeep, & I REALLY like that Jeep, so: sorry guys.

me too, we've had no lovely clean snow and crisp bright days, just endless mud and rain and tupperware skies, but the crocus (crocuses, croci ) and daffodils are starting to come out, and the clocks go forward in a few weeks too
