We've been having cooler weather but this is normal for our spring. We have what the old timers call "Dogwood Winter" when those trees bloom and that's what we've been experiencing the last couple of weeks. Already starting today we're suppose to have temps back in the 70's during the day and 40 & 50's at night.

Well folks, I must unfortunately report that my wife and I are not going to be able to make it. My work has me completely and totally overwhelmed with six day work weeks and long hours. I hope to see some light at the end of the tunnel sometime, but just can't pull this off. I am disappointed as I was so looking forward to meeting many of you and doing some lake paddling as well. Perhaps we can do something similar in the area in the not too distant future. Enjoy yourselves, dip a paddle for me.
