OK, We will make the boat ramp between the Dam & Cheoah Point our rendezvous place to launch. Would 12:00 Noon Friday be the best time for everyone?
A couple of you who are coming from a distance have PM'd me about camping on Thursday night near our launch point. I just checked with the ranger station about Cheoah Point Campground which is close to the boat ramp.
They said they are first come first serve, fee free sites with picnic tables & bathrooms with showers!
You know what that means folks...we can get showers when we return to shore!
Then maybe on our way home Sunday go into Robbinsville for a good meal?

I like that thought. I'm driving in from long distance.
Shower & hot meal sound really good Sunday.
I'll be arriving Thursday evening, Hanging somewhere closeby.
we may drive over Thursday evening instead of having to be rushed to make it there by noon Friday. It isn't that long of a drive 4+ hours not counting the time change but driving the Tail of the Dragon can be slow and exciting

L.D. put me +1, the hubby wants to come too. I'll be bringing two kayaks and the paddle board, just in case.
