Time off approved. So I at the very least will be there. Might do some hiking Wednesday thru Friday if any one is interested.

I will miss this one, sadly. I will be hiking in the Olympics during that time. I guess someone else will have to bring the good stuff.
Deff blocking out the weekend for this
Great location. I made my first ever hang there last year on my birthday (September 11) and there were still Mosquitos o'plenty even that late in the year.
I would definitely bring some bug netting to play it safe.
I'll be there too, looking forward to it.
Is there going to be a snoring section away from the main group of hangers? If so, reserve a spot for me.
This sounds like it could be fun. Might have to see you all there.
Don't take life so seriously, its not permenant.
Here are traveling directions:

Camping
Waldo Lake is supports 3 Large Campgrounds. All have boat ramps, water, bathrooms, and gravel trails. They are also handicapped accessable.
Shadow Bay Campground. Known for the bay that is the center of the campground. The bay has a sandy bottom and is good for swimming. On sunny days the water is usually a teal color and is comparable to water colors common at Caribbean beaches.
Islet Campground. Known for a point that extends 150 yards into the lake. There is a gravel trail out to the point where there are two benches with great views of the lake.
North Waldo Campground. The lake's most popular campground. This campground is close to the burn area from a recent wildfire in the 1996 Charlton fire which burned a large area on the north shore of the lake. North Waldo campground is home to the Waldo Lake Ampitheatre where speakers are present about once a week during summer months.
I plan on taking a trip down there sometime in the next few months to check out the three campgrounds and see which ones will work best for our group hang.
