Been backpacking since I was little, and tried a hammock for sleeping once or twice when I was in Scouts some 25 years ago. Ready to try it again with new stuff; a Guide Gear 12x12 tarp and a Hammock Bliss single. The whole rig (so far) for less than 65 bucks.
I'm a Scoutmaster for my kids' troop, and enjoy trying something new in terms of shelters and bedding.
