I learned of hammock tents about 10 years ago. At the time, I was just out of high school and boy scouts and had a new 1 person tent. Finally last year, a pole broke giving me the excuse to move on to what I have dreamed of. I purchased an HH and a few weeks back, tried it out in the backyard and was VERY happy. Currently, I'm looking forward to field testing it. I am big on backpacking and love not being conditioned to look for a flat spot anymore. I also own a motorcycle (only transportation I own actually) and am happy to see so many motorcycle enthusiasts here as well.
