    My BaseCamp

I have no time to go outdoors, but at least my gear is out.

    Upside down

All my insulation will fit in, but after that I almost don't!

(Exped SynMat 9 dlx, CCF pad 14 mm, Wiggy's Antarctic bag with over bag.)

The option to use the hammock nude is a quite brilliant.

And it is good to fasten foot end with bungie cord because the Exped SynMat 9 DLX will pop the sleeping bags foot end away from the hammock easily when sitting in hammock. Here it is closed tight but when one is sleeping there of course must be more room for foots.

Also the head end can be fastened when one is not in.

Thanks for watching! Sorry for bad quality pics, there was not enough light anymore.

Yes, it seems to be quite a good general shelter. I'm bit worried about the apex tie out point. I forgot the tarp in snow fall and there was at least 20 kg of wet snow over the TrailStar several hours. Stitching is bit stretched, but probably not broken.
